        While I understand what your trying to get at here (and I agree that a lot of the tolls out there are not much use) the problem is that it isn't the tolls that have an impact on the learning - it's the teacher's use of the tools that has the impact.

        As I said, I know what you mean, but I think the question needs to be phrased differently.
