@Scott I'm not pushing back on your idea about administrative leadership around the shifts. Absolutely necessary and important. Just wondering how many administrators will be in the audience. Does anyone know the breakdown? Will a talk about administrative leadership be as effective to an audience primarily made up of classroom teachers?

While I know that Scott is intending this to be about administrator leadership, is it too far afield to contextualize this in the lens of teachers as leaders as well? To me, effective school leadership these days is more about teachers leading the learning than it is about adminstrators, even though they have a large role in making that learning environment exist in their schools. Seems like we're losing the learner as leader idea as we discuss this, and I'm wondering why? I'd love a keynote that addresses what every teacher (and administrator) can do to lead the shift around learning in schools right now.
